What: Cheering Station- right here in West Michigan!
When: Saturday, July 17th - 10:30am (we will arrive shortly after)
Where: Panoma Park in Fruitport
Why: Because you love your 3Day walkers… and we could really use your encouragement to make our 15-mile training walk feel like a walk in the park!
So bring your camera, wear pink, create banners, bring some music and make some noise to keep us energized! During the actual 3Day walk, we are greeted by amazing supporters along the way. It would be great to create a small version of this to give the new walkers in our group a taste of what they’ll see along their 60 mile journey next month! Hope to see you there!
Family & friends looking for parking in Plymouth on Saturday Aug 14th? Well, if they are wondering where to park and be close to the action and yet have their car readily accessible, then please have them park at the Wilcox house. It is a huge privately owned lot right in downtown Plymouth next to the cheering station! We walk right past the parking lot!!!!!! This property is not normally open to the public, but the owner is a supporter of the 3-Day, and has offered me use of the property for a fundraiser. It will only cost $5 per car and they will help a fellow walker reach her fundraising goal! So please encourage them to park at: The Wilcox House 676 Penniman Plymouth, MI 48170 It'll be a great way for family and friends to give additional support and be a part of the 3-Day spirit!
